Negative pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system

The negative pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system uses Roots vacuum pump as the power source, the pressure of the conveying pipeline is in a low-pressure vacuum state, the wind speed in the pipeline is about 10~30 m/s, and the material is atomized in the pipeline. The starting pressure of negative pressure conveying is equal to or close to atmospheric pressure, and the end pressure is between -10 and-60KPa, and the vacuum degree of the pipeline gradually increases along the conveying pipeline. Negative pressure dilute phase pneumatic conveying system is also called vacuum dilute phase pneumatic conveying system.

Features

Conveying vacuum pressure is lower than the external environment pressure, even if the pipeline is damaged, it will not cause material leakage and cause pollution to the environment.

The equipment is easy to operate, the maintenance cost is low, and the workers are operable.

The conveying gas (usually air) is taken directly from the atmosphere, the gas temperature is the ambient temperature, and the pipeline material has a certain friction temperature rise.

The transportation can be continuous or intermittent, and there is no material accumulation at high wind speed in the pipeline.

It can realize multi-point simultaneous feeding and multi-point discharging.

Small environmental pollution but high requirements for dust collector and Roots vacuum pump.
