Positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system

The positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system uses compressed air as the conveying medium. Material in the pipeline at a lower speed, dune state, fluidized or agglomeration state of transport is called positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying. The air source generally used is an air compressor, and the conveying pressure can be from 0.2MPa to 0.5MPa according to different working conditions.

Basic Principles

The positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying system uses compressed air as the conveying medium. Material in the pipeline at a lower speed, dune state, fluidized or agglomeration state of transport is called positive pressure dense phase pneumatic conveying. The air source generally used is an air compressor, and the conveying pressure can be from 0.2MPa to 0.5MPa according to different working conditions.

According to the conveying characteristics, the system can be divided into two modes: positive dense phase vortex conveying and positive dense phase pulse conveying. The transportation mode of material in the lower speed dune state or fluidization in the pipeline is called positive pressure dense phase vortex transportation, and the transportation mode of material in the pipeline at a lower speed in the state of agglomeration is called positive pressure dense phase pulse transportation.

Features

The working pressure is high, so it can realize long-distance and high-capacity transportation, and the booster can realize ultra-long-distance transportation.

Due to the low conveying speed of the material, the abrasion of the conveying pipeline and the material is less.

High material gas ratio, low gas consumption, saving operating costs.

It can be transported from a single point to multiple points, which is easy to design the process.
