Hot air convection dryer series



The hot air is cut into the bottom of the dryer and driven by the agitator to form a strong rotating wind field. The paste material enters the dryer by the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear force. The massive material is rapidly crushed, fully contacted with hot air, heated and dried. The dry material after dehydration rises with the hot air flow, the big particles are trapped by the classification ring, and the small particles are discharged out of the dryer from the center of the ring and recovered by the cyclone separator and the dust collector. The undried or large materials are thrown to the wall by the centrifugal force and fall to the bottom again to be crushed and dried.


CT, CT-C series of hot air circulation oven by our company carefully designed, constantly updated a product. The equipment is a box type, which can be assembled and disassembled. It is divided into CT type (centrifugal fan) CT-C (axial flow fan) series of products. It uses steam and electricity as heat sources and is heated by heaters. A large amount of hot air circulates in the box. After continuous fresh air supplement, it enters the box from the air inlet and then continuously discharges from the humidity outlet, thus increasing the heat transfer effect and gradually reducing the moisture content of the materials in the box. The oven produced by our company is equipped with low noise, high temperature resistant axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is fully enclosed, so that the thermal efficiency of the oven is increased from 3-7% in the traditional oven to 35-40% at present, and the high thermal efficiency can reach 70%. The device was issued an industry standard by the State Administration of Medicine in 1990, and the same model is RXH.


Enhanced boiling airflow dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment integrating drying, crushing and screening. It is a dryer dominated by hot air convection drying. The equipment is constantly improved and developed on the basis of fixed boiling fluidized bed dryers and fluidization dryers such as airflow. The equipment can supplement dry hot air for secondary drying of undried materials, so that the moisture content of finished products can be effectively controlled below 0.1%.


Airflow drying, also known as "instant drying", is the application of dilute phase transport in solid fluidization in drying. The characteristic of the pulse air flow dryer is that the diameter of the air flow drying tube is alternately reduced and expanded, and the diameter of the tube is alternately reduced and expanded, so the movement velocity of the particles is also alternately accelerated and decelerated, and the relative velocity and heat transfer area between the air and the particles are large, thus enhancing the heat and mass transfer rate.


DWT series belt dryer is the second generation belt drying equipment developed and produced by our company. The main structural feature is that the heat exchanger is placed at the upper and lower positions of the mesh belt. The hot air circulation mode is longitudinal multi-unit series circulation, which has the advantages of uniform heating and high heat utilization rate. It can be used for the drying of sheet, strip, granular and partial paste materials with good air permeability.
