EYH two-dimensional motion mixer

The two-dimensional mixer is mainly composed of three parts: rotary drum, swing frame and frame. The rotating cylinder is mounted on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and axially positioned by two blocking wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two of the transmission wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the rotating cylinder; The swing frame is driven by a set of crank pendulum mechanism, the crank pendulum mechanism is on the frame, and the swing frame is supported on the frame by the bearing assembly.

Performance characteristics

This machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, dyes, fertilizers, pesticides and other industries. Especially suitable for large tonnage (1000L-10000L) a variety of solid mixing. The mixing barrel of the machine participates in the swing while driving, so that the material in the barrel can be fully mixed. The discharge port of the mixing barrel deviates from the center line of the cylinder part of the mixing barrel, so that the machine has the characteristics of rapid mixing, large mixing volume and convenient discharge.

The drum of EYH two-dimensional mixer can carry out two movements at the same time, one is the rotation of the drum, and the other is the swing of the drum with the swing frame. The mixed material in the drum with the drum rotation, turnover, mixing at the same time, but also with the drum swing around the mixing movement, in the joint action of the two movement, the material in a short time to get full mixing. EYH two-dimensional mixer is suitable for mixing all powder and granular materials.
