Features

The heat required for drying is mainly provided by the hollow blade wall surface arranged on the hollow shaft, and the heat transfer of the jacket wall surface only accounts for a small part, so the heat transfer area per unit volume equipment is large and the area is small.

The machine adopts conduction heating method for heating, and all heat transfer surfaces are covered by materials, which reduces heat loss; the heat utilization rate is high.

The blade adopts the size head inclined surface structure, which has a certain extrusion dispersion ability and can improve the heat transfer effect of the blade. The dispersion force generated by the joint movement of the inclined face filter cake or powder particles of the rotating blade makes the material attached to the heating surface easy to fall off; in addition, due to the reverse rotation of the two-axis blade, the alternately segmented extrusion expansion has the function of stirring and shearing, thus improving the drying efficiency.

Can achieve continuous, fully enclosed operations, reduce labor and dust emissions.

Exhaust gas treatment system generally adopts the form of negative pressure, optional cyclone separator, bag or water film dust collector, in order to reduce the exhaust air volume and dust.

Because the blade is a large and small head splicing structure, the upper and lower distribution design; The scraper angle is small, and the pushing force is not enough; The welding gravity of the blade is prone to corrosion, leakage and other problems. Moreover, the whole equipment needs to be tilted, and the equipment has uneven stress, large resistance and high maintenance rate, so the equipment is not easy to be enlarged. The single unit area of the double-shaft paddle drying machine is generally designed to be less than 150 m2.
