YPG series pressure spray (cooling) dryer

The working process of the unit is that the feed liquid is fed through the diaphragm pump under high pressure to spray mist droplets, and then flows down in parallel with hot air. Most of the powder particles are collected by the discharge port at the bottom of the tower. The waste gas and its fine powder are separated by the cyclone separator. The waste gas is discharged by the exhaust fan. The powder is collected by the pollination cylinder located at the lower end of the cyclone separator.

YPG series pressure type spray (cooling) dryer is the use of pressure type atomizer with diaphragm pump pressure to atomize the solution or slurry material into fine droplets, so that the surface area is significantly increased, through full heat exchange with hot air to rapid drying (ten seconds to tens of seconds), so as to obtain powder or fine particle products equipment.

The drying speed is fast, and the surface area of the feed liquid is greatly increased after atomization. In the hot air flow, 95%-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly, and the drying time only needs more than ten seconds to tens of seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

It can be used in a wide range. According to the characteristics of the material, it can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air, which has strong adaptability to the material.
