Equipment Overview

In order to overcome the problems and deficiencies in the above-mentioned unit equipment combination, and to meet the transformation of the chemical industry to high quality, high added value, multi-variety and small batch, Yongbang has carried out a lot of design and research work, and finally successfully developed a conical filter washing and drying three-in-one multifunctional equipment integrating filtration, washing and drying, which closely follows the corresponding regulatory requirements of the fine chemical industry from structural design to application. The equipment has three main functions of filtration, washing and drying, as well as reaction, extraction, crystallization, concentration, evaporation, mixing, crushing and other functions. It is an improved multi-functional equipment.

Working principle

The new type of filter washing dryer has a cylinder cone structure. Heating jackets are arranged on the cylinder body and the lower cone to heat or cool the materials. A hollow shaft and a variable angle variable lead hollow spiral stirring device are arranged inside the multifunctional machine to stir and lift the materials, and the materials are pushed out during discharging. A conical filter device with complex structure is arranged in the lower cone, and a specially designed quick-opening discharge device without dead angle or a pneumatic discharge ball valve without dead angle is arranged at the bottom of the equipment.

In the reaction stage, the reaction material is added from the top, and the unique stirring structure can make the material get uniform stirring in the machine, and through the cylinder jacket, cone jacket and hollow shaft, hollow spiral leaf at the same time heating or cooling, so that the material in the machine fully reaction. In the filtration stage, the machine can make the material in the machine through pressure or vacuum filtration filter dry and add washing liquid, so that the material in the machine for multiple automatic re-slurry washing, to meet the washing requirements and then press dry. In the drying stage, the cylinder jacket, the cone jacket and the hollow spiral belt of the hollow shaft heat the material at the same time and vacuum at the top, the material is vacuum-sealed and dried at low temperature, and the material is automatically sealed after drying.

One machine is multi-purpose, and can complete various operations such as reaction, extraction, filtration, repeated filtration, washing, drying, etc. in one machine, and directly obtain the finished product.

Cylinder jacket, cone jacket and hollow shaft, hollow belt at the same time to heat or cool the material, high thermal efficiency, low energy consumption.

The special mixing screw design can make the material in the reaction, filtration, washing and drying stages of the material evenly stirred, so that the work efficiency of the whole machine is very high.

In the filtration stage, due to the good adhesion between the spiral belt and the filter medium, the material can be filtered under the condition of thin layer filter cake, and the filtration efficiency is high.
