Equipment Overview
The vacuum single cone dryer developed by Yongbang Drying is a high-efficiency multifunctional fully closed vertical vacuum drying equipment integrating decompression distillation, crushing, powder mixing and drying. The drying efficiency of the fully closed vertical vacuum spiral belt dryer is 3-5 times that of the double cone rotary vacuum dryer and vacuum box drying of the same specifications. The vacuum single cone dryer combined with special drying process can adapt to the drying of materials with high viscosity, poor thermal penetration, easy to roll and easy to clump into blocks.
The single cone vacuum dryer is equipped with a heating jacket by heating the cone, and the heat source is hot water, heat transfer oil or low pressure steam, so that the inner wall of the cone maintains a certain temperature. The variable frequency speed regulating motor drives the single screw belt agitator to rotate through the parallel helical gear reducer, driving the material to rotate along the cone barrel and lift from bottom to top. After the material reaches the high point, it automatically flows to the vortex center and returns to the bottom of the cone barrel under the action of gravity and inertia. The whole process makes the material forcibly heated in the cone barrel, relative convection and mixing, and heat diffuses in the material to make the material move irregularly and reciprocally, the high-frequency heat transfer and exchange of the material with the single screw belt and the surface of the cylinder wall are completed, and the effect of heating and drying is achieved in a short time. In order to make the material internal water evaporation, under the action of the vacuum pump, water vapor from the vacuum pump, such as the need to recover the liquid can be added condenser, recovery liquid storage tank recovery. After the drying is completed, open the lower discharge valve to discharge the material.

★The working process of the vacuum single cone dryer is intermittent batch operation. The straight-empty single-cone dryer does not use any auxiliary tools in the drying and mixing process, and only uses the stirring of the heating spiral belt in the cone, which makes the materials get shear and dispersion continuously except the lifting from the stirring spiral, ensuring that all the materials in the silo can get full movement, and making the materials not be squeezed by any other external force except the lifting from the screw, the invalid friction between the powder and the equipment and the powder grain is avoided, and the invalid friction is often the main factor leading to the destruction of the crystal form of the material. This is also the fundamental reason why the vacuum single cone dryer can keep the crystal form of the material intact during the operation.
★Top drive eliminates the possibility of contamination of the product from the shaft seal.
Using top drive and relative bottom drive, the equipment can avoid the following disadvantages: the stirring paddle must be disassembled with special equipment for cleaning and maintenance. it is difficult to seal the shaft seal of the stirring paddle and lacks quality assurance.
★Low operating energy costs and high mixing efficiency
Using motor drive, the design is unique, the spiral driven by the operation of the motor is used to lift the material, and there is no separate energy consumption for blanking. It is particularly worth noting that in the mixing table and drying process, the traditional mixing and drying equipment provides a belt mixing award. Its working principle is that when stirring motion, the moving material is like a whole, and a large amount of energy consumption is used for the circular motion of the whole material, so the drying efficiency provided by this stirring is low. However, the vacuum single cone dryer provides a conical inner heating spiral belt stirring. The whole stirring paddle moves circularly around the axis line of the conical silo to ensure that the materials in different parts of the whole container can be stirred. With the stirring of the spiral belt, the materials at the bottom of the silo are gradually lifted to the upper part of the container, and then naturally fall, thus circulating. This stirring mode enables the materials in the container to be fully and evenly mixed, eliminates the possibility of material agglomeration during the drying process, and greatly improves the mixing and drying efficiency of the materials. Moreover, it has the advantages of a wide range of processing capacity and low energy consumption per unit mass.

The mechanical structure of the vacuum single cone dryer is simple and effective, easy for operators to understand, and simple button control makes the operation process very simple.
