Overview
The special double-cone rotary vacuum drying host for battery materials is a double-cone tank body. Under the vacuum state inside the tank, steam or heat transfer oil can be introduced into the jacket to heat the inner container. The heat is transferred to the wet material through the inner container, so that the water in the wet material is gasified. The low-speed motor drives the tank body to rotate. The material keeps going up and down, turning inside and outside, and replacing the heating surface. At the same time, the water vapor is continuously pumped away through the vacuum exhaust pipe of the vacuum pump, which speeds up the drying speed of the material and finally achieves the purpose of uniform drying.
Performance characteristics
When the oil is heated, it adopts automatic constant temperature control to dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials, and the temperature can be between 20°C and 160°C.
High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than the general oven.
Indirect heating, the material will not be contaminated, in line with "GMP" requirements. Equipment maintenance operation is simple, easy to clean.
Application
★Suitable for high nickel ternary materials, iron phosphate and other battery materials, chemical, pharmaceutical, food and other industries of powder, granular and fibrous materials concentration, mixing, drying and low-temperature drying of materials (such as biochemical products, etc.), more suitable for oxidation, volatile, heat sensitive, strong stimulation, toxic materials and do not allow the destruction of crystalline materials drying.
Working principle
The double-cone rotary vacuum dryer is a double-cone rotary tank body. The middle of the equipment is cylindrical and the two ends are conical. The top of the cone is designed as open feeding (also as a manhole), and the other end is butterfly valve discharging. The inside and outside of the tank are divided into three layers. The heating medium of the middle jacket can be steam, circulating hot water or heat transfer oil. The insulation layer is medium-alkali ultra-fine glass wool, which consumes little energy. The inner layer puts materials. When the tank is in a vacuum state, heat transfer oil, hot water or steam is introduced into the jacket for heating, and the heat is transferred to the wet material through the inner wall of the tank. Because the tank is in a vacuum state, the solvent (including a water) in various materials can vaporize rapidly at a lower temperature under vacuum conditions, and the rotation of the tank makes the materials constantly up and down, inside and outside, and the materials are constantly updated in contact with the wall. The solvent (water vapor) evaporated after the wet material absorbs heat is pumped out by the vacuum pump through the vacuum exhaust pipe. Midway through the low-temperature condensation system (using tap water or frozen brine) for cooling to achieve the purpose of recycling, saving production costs, and improve the working conditions of the vacuum pump also reduce environmental pollution.
