Working principle
The hot air is cut into the bottom of the dryer and driven by the agitator to form a strong rotating wind field. The paste material enters the dryer by the screw feeder. Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating stirring paddle, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear force. The massive material is rapidly crushed, fully contacted with hot air, heated and dried. The dry material after dehydration rises with the hot air flow, the classification ring intercepts the large particles, and the small particles are discharged from the center of the ring out of the dryer and recovered by the cyclone separator and dust collector. The undried or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force and fall to the bottom again to be crushed and dried.
Performance characteristics
A variety of feeding devices to choose from, feeding continuous and stable, will not produce bridging phenomenon.
A special cooling device is set at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of the material in the high temperature zone at the bottom.
Special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device can effectively extend the service life of the transmission part.
The special wind separation device reduces the resistance of the equipment and makes the wind speed in the tower tend to be balanced.
The drying chamber is equipped with grading rings and flow sheets, and the fineness and final moisture of the materials are adjustable and controllable.
In the drying chamber, the circumferential gas velocity is high, and the time when the material stays is short, which effectively prevents the material from sticking to the wall and the heat-sensitive material from deteriorating, and achieves high efficiency, fast speed, small equipment and large-scale production.
Key Technical Notes
In order to continuously, uniformly and quantitatively convey the materials to be dried into the drying host for drying operation, a broken arch stirring device is set up in the wet hopper near the spiral, with the same speed and spiral rotation speed. At the same time, in view of the viscous characteristics of the battery material filter cake, the conveying spiral is designed as a double spiral structure, and the spiral pieces are staggered and cut into each other. In this way, it is easy to destroy the phenomenon of "holding the shaft" of viscous materials. The double helix has a self-cleaning function and uses a frequency converter to adjust the speed.
A thermal insulation layer is arranged on the inner side of the cone in the host to reduce the heat transfer to the bearing part in the host.
The forced oil circulation cooling and lubrication system is used for the bearing part, rather than the traditional simple grease lubrication.
Spin flash drying is a continuous and rapid fluidized drying, which belongs to instant drying. The related parameter of the moisture content of the dried product is the temperature when the gas-solid mixture leaves the drying host. Relatively speaking, the lower the final moisture requirement of the product, the higher the air outlet temperature of the drying host. According to the drying practice, in the drying of the battery material, because the final moisture of the product needs to be controlled to be very low, the air outlet temperature of the main drying tower is 100°C ~ 160°C, and the high-temperature exhaust gas can be used to preheat the air intake of the drying system through the plate heat exchanger, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
Since the particle size of the battery material is very small, it is a micro-powder, so the filter bag in the bag filter is made of PTFE film material, which can efficiently filter the micro-powder. At the same time, the coating material itself has hydrophobicity, and when in use, it can greatly reduce the adhesion of water and other oily substances on the surface of the filter bag, thus reducing the adhesion of dust on the surface of the filter bag, and the cloth bag cleaning effect is good. At the same time, the filter area of the cloth bag dust collector in the project is large enough, the whole dust collector has good operating conditions, low resistance and high dust removal efficiency.
