QF type enhanced boiling airflow dryer is a new type of continuous drying equipment, which integrates drying, crushing and screening. The equipment is constantly improved and developed on the basis of fixed boiling fluidized bed dryers and fluidization dryers such as airflow.

After heating, the air enters the dryer from the bottom of the vertebral body at a certain speed (the wind speed is determined by the comprehensive index of the specific gravity, viscosity and moisture content of the material), and the material is fed into the dryer by the screw feeder. The material is crushed into fine particles by a crushing device installed at the bottom of the cone in a high-speed rotating working state, and is fully contacted with hot air in the gas-solid boiling, so as to dry, the finished product is crushed into the cyclone separator with the air flow for gas-solid separation, and the dust-containing gas is discharged from the induced draft fan after dust removal by the bag filter.

The equipment can supplement dry hot air to dry materials for secondary drying, so that the finished product moisture can be effectively controlled below 0.1%, especially suitable for low temperature, heat sensitive, high humidity material drying.

 

Working principle

The composition of the enhanced boiling airflow dryer The enhanced boiling dryer is composed of a heater, a feeder, a dryer (main engine), a cyclone separator, a bag filter, and an induced draft fan. The wet material is squeezed into flakes or strips by the thrust of the spiral sheet by the quantitative screw feeder, and is continuously input into the dryer. During the falling process, the material meets the hot air from the crusher, and part of the water evaporates, which reduces the viscosity of the material. The lumpy material continuously falls into the intensifying device, is crushed and dried by the crusher, and the powdered mixed material is suspended in hot air to move, and the material continuously rolls, the heat transfer area is increased, the heat transfer coefficient is high, and the drying time is short. The dried powder particles continue to rise with the airflow to enter the cyclone separator for collection, and the exhaust gas is filtered by the bag filter and emptied. In this set of equipment, the pre-forming, pre-drying, crushing, drying together to solve the paste material in the fluidized drying equipment due to bonding and can not be fluidized. The material recovery rate is over 99.5%.

The bottom intensifier has a unique design. The stirring teeth are wilted. Its flow linearity can make the wind resistance reach small. It is set in a conical hopper. The moving knife and the fixed knife have remarkable crushing effect. The falling agglomerated materials are rapidly crushed into powder particles suitable for air drying. Another main function of stirring is to disperse the materials and increase the contact area with the high-speed hot air coming in from below the hopper, the hopper zone thus forms a fluidized bed with intense heat and mass transfer, and most of the moisture is dried in the hopper zone. With the progress of drying, the light and fine dry materials are obviously affected by the air flow, rise together with the air flow and further dry, and then come out from the top of the drying tower into the material collection system.

This equipment is suitable for dyes, pigments, coatings, pesticides, rubber additives, mining and other industries of high humidity, high viscosity, heat-sensitive paste paste, cake, block, powder material continuous drying, the finished product is powder.
