Working principle

The nitrogen closed-circuit circulation spray dryer works in a closed environment. The drying medium is inert gas, generally nitrogen. It is suitable for drying materials with organic solvent to dry materials with toxic gas or materials prone to oxidation during drying. Nitrogen enters the drying tower after being heated by a heater. The wave body materials are transported to the centrifugal nozzle through a screw pump. The liquid is atomized into droplets by a high-speed rotating centrifugal atomizer to complete the heat and mass exchange process in the drying tower, the dried powdery material is discharged from the bottom of the tower.
