Overview

Working principle
The new nitrogen closed-loop rake dryer is a composite conductive contact drying equipment used in the powder drying process. This type of equipment is composed of cylinder, stirring shaft assembly, driving parts, discharge valve and dust removal system. The equipment should be used with air heating and dehumidification treatment equipment in production. The outer surface of the cylinder is jacketed with steam or heat transfer oil, which can be heated up to 300'C.
When the equipment is working, after the high water content material enters the equipment through the external quantitative feeding device, under the high-speed rotation of the stirring shaft, the material is stirred, thrown up and in a centrifugal state by many flat blades, and at the same time fully contacts the inner wall of the cylinder to transfer heat, and gradually moves to the discharge end. Throughout the process, the moisture of the material is gradually evaporated to achieve the final drying effect. The evaporated water vapor is driven by the dry hot air inside the equipment and enters the recovery system after dust removal by the filter device for secondary recycling. The whole equipment makes full use of the advantages of conductive contact heat transfer and convective heat transfer, and uses hot gas recovery to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
Structural features
The equipment cylinder adopts a slender circular cylinder structure, which can increase the heat exchange area per unit volume. An integral jacket is attached to the outer layer of the cylinder, which can be heated by heat transfer oil or steam.
The equipment is made of thin-walled hollow tube for the main shaft of high-speed flat-award mixing structure, which can meet the demand for shaft rigidity under the condition of slender cylinder. On the surface of the shaft, there are multiple sets of flat prizes evenly distributed along the axial direction. When the main shaft rotates at high speed, the material can be driven to rotate along the circumference of the cylinder to obtain centrifugal force, so that the material can exchange heat fully and dry quickly. Each flat prize adopts adjustable and replaceable design. According to the process requirements, the horizontal angle of the flat paddle can be adjusted freely, so that the material can be fully stirred to make it loose.
The discharge end of the equipment is equipped with a dry hot air inlet, and the appropriate air volume is selected according to the needs of the drying process; the hot air can quickly take away the water-containing gas evaporated from the material, thereby improving the drying efficiency of the equipment.
The feed end of the equipment is equipped with a pulse trap, which is used to filter the dust in the gas, so that the hot air from the equipment can be reused after dehumidification and heating, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and emission reduction.
The discharge port of the equipment is equipped with a planetary discharge valve, and the discharge speed can be controlled by motor frequency conversion, so as to ensure the drying efficiency of the material.
process application

★Under the action of many flat paddles, the material makes circular spiral motion around the cylinder and moves from the feed port to the outlet direction. During the movement, it evenly contacts the cylinder wall to form contact heat transfer, and evaporates the moisture or solvent in the material into a gas state and condenses in the center of the cylinder.
★The hot air in the center of the cylinder body forms convective heat exchange with the material under the circulating convection wind speed, on the other hand, it absorbs and takes away the water vapor evaporated from the material, and accelerates the contact heat transfer process of the material to achieve the purpose of improving efficiency.
★When the material is continuously moved to the discharge end of the cylinder under the action of the flat paddle, it is continuously discharged by the discharge device;(8) If it is necessary to control the drying output and drying effect, the rotation speed of the equipment and the angle of the flat paddle can be adjusted to achieve The purpose of flexible process control.
