Rake vacuum dryer

ZPG series battery material horizontal stirring vacuum dryer is the use of water in the material in the vacuum state to reduce the boiling point of the characteristics of the equipment for drying. The equipment uses steam (hot water, heat conduction oil) to heat the jacket indirectly, and the water is evaporated and pumped out in time. Inside the dryer shell, the rake tooth is driven by the transmission shaft, and the rake tooth end is designed to have a certain angle with the axis. The main shaft rotates forward and backward to move the material along the axial direction to facilitate drying and discharging. Two or four percussion rods can be added inside the shell to facilitate the rapid drying and crushing of the material. The percussion rod is a hollow thick-walled stainless steel tube with the same length as the shell, which moves freely inside the shell. The percussion rod continuously knocks the material inside, so that the material is continuously broken (the material obtains a larger specific surface area) to accelerate the drying process, and the quality of the finished material is better.

Performance characteristics

Solid all stainless steel spindle design. Because the shape change of the material in the drying process is more complicated, the material will become viscous in the drying process, and the good rigidity of the solid shaft can fully ensure the stability of the drying process.

The cylinder is made of thicker steel plate, which is more pressure resistant and ensures no deformation.

Cast stainless steel rake teeth. Most manufacturers design for hollow tube welding rake teeth, easy to bend, fracture in the drying process, especially in the dryer inside the percussion rod, hollow tube welding rake tooth failure rate is higher, often appear rake tooth bending, fracture phenomenon. The high strength and stability of the cast stainless steel rake teeth make the working condition extremely stable after the internal percussion rod is added, which has been fully confirmed in practice.

Inward and discharge humanized design. The feed body is a quick-release flange, and the loading is quick and convenient. The discharge body is a worm gear and worm closed discharge body structure, which is convenient for discharge and easy to operate. There is no stock at the bottom of the discharge port, and the discharge fashion bag is convenient.

Improved shaft end seal to minimize leakage. The sealing form has been well verified in the production process of solid sodium methoxide and other products with high sealing requirements.

The detachable spiral plate heat exchanger is used to ensure the condensation area and prolong the residence time of the gas in the condenser to improve the cooling effect.

The condenser and the liquid storage tank adopt an integrated design, which saves the installation space of the equipment. The storage tank adopts the design of one tank and two chambers to ensure the continuous operation of the equipment without stopping the machine.
