Overview
Vacuum dryer is divided into static dryer and dynamic dryer, YZG cylindrical, FZG square vacuum dryer is a static vacuum dryer. It is suitable for low-temperature drying of heat-sensitive materials that are easy to decompose, polymerize and deteriorate at high temperature; it is widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food, electronic and other industries.
Working principle
Vacuum drying is to dry the material to be dried by heating under vacuum conditions. It uses a vacuum pump for pumping and dehumidifying, so that the studio is in a vacuum state, the drying rate of the material is greatly accelerated, and energy is also saved. Note: If a condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered through the condenser; if SK series water ring vacuum pump or ZSWJ series hydraulic jet vacuum pump unit is used, the condenser is not needed, saving energy investment.
Performance characteristics
Under vacuum, the boiling point of the material solution is reduced, which increases the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator, so the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer. The heat source for the evaporation operation may be low pressure steam or waste heat steam.
Less heat loss from the evaporator. Disinfection can be carried out before drying, and there is no impurity in the drying process, which meets the requirements of GMP. It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of the dry material will not be damaged.
