Working principle
The material enters the bed through the feed inlet, and jumps forward on the air distribution plate under the action of the exciting force provided by the vibration motor or other means. At the same time, the air is heated to a certain temperature after being filtered, and enters the downwind chamber of the dryer through the tuyere. The material is under the dual action of the vibration force and the hot air flow through the air distribution plate, in the suspended state, there is intense turbulence between the material particles and the heat medium in contact with the hot air flow, which strengthens the heat and mass transfer process. The dried product is discharged from the discharge port, and the evaporated water and waste gas are discharged into the atmosphere after dust is recovered by the cyclone separator.
The lower bed provides a stable air chamber with a certain pressure for the bed. Adjust the induced draft fan to maintain a slight negative pressure on the upper bed material in the upper box to maintain a good dry environment and prevent dust leakage.
Performance characteristics
The material is heated evenly, the heat exchange is sufficient, and the drying intensity is about 30% more energy-saving than the ordinary dryer.
The vibration source is driven by vibration motor, with balanced operation, convenient maintenance, low noise and long life.
The fluidization is stable, without dead angle and blowing through phenomenon.
Small damage to the surface of the material, used for fragile drying, irregular material particles do not affect the work effect.
The fully enclosed structure is adopted to effectively prevent cross-contamination between materials and air, and the working environment is clean.
Adjustability is good, the adaptation surface width, the thickness of the material layer and the movement speed in the machine and the amplitude change can be realized stepless adjustment.
Due to the application of vibration, the minimum fluidizing gas velocity can be reduced, thus significantly reducing the air demand, thereby reducing dust layer entrainment, supporting heat source, fan, cyclone separator
The specifications can also be reduced accordingly, the complete set of equipment is reduced, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
It is convenient to change the residence time in the machine by adjusting the vibration parameters. Its piston flow operation reduces the material particle size uniformity and regularity requirements, easy to obtain uniform dry products.
Application
★Battery materials: nickel sulfate, cobalt sulfate, sodium sulfate, ammonium phosphate, etc.
★Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: all kinds of tabletting particles, boric acid, borax, dihydroxybenzene, malic acid, maleic acid, etc.
★Food building materials: distiller's grains, monosodium glutamate, granulated sugar, salt, slag, watercress seeds, etc.
★Can also be used for material cooling, humidification, etc.
