HG type drum scraper dryer

Drum scraper dryer is a kind of internal heat conduction type rotating continuous drying equipment. The rotating drum adheres to a certain thickness of material film through its lower trough. The heat is transported to the inner wall of the drum through the pipeline and conducted to the outer wall of the drum to indirectly heat the material film, so that the humidity in the material film is evaporated and dehumidified, thus the material containing moisture is dried. The dried material is shoveled away from the drum by the scraper installed on the surface of the drum, and then to the screw conveyor placed under the scraper, through which the dry material is concentrated and packaged. Suitable for chemical, dye, pharmaceutical, food, metallurgy, yeast and other industries liquid work more viscous material drying. Widely used in: rice flour, oatmeal, starch, potato flour and other food products dried into flake, powder and granular.

Working principle

Drying process: let the liquid or slurry material form a film on the surface of the drum heated by water vapor or other heat carriers, and the drum will be dried in the process of turning a circle. Scraper the product with a scraper, and the exposed surface of the drum will contact with the raw materials again and form a film for drying.

Drum scraper dryer uses a certain method to spread liquid or paste materials to 0.1~1.5mm film on the drum (hollow metal cylinder). The drum can be heated with steam, hot water or heat transfer oil. When the drum rotates for one week, the material can be dried and scraped off from the surface of the cylinder by a special scraper. Drum scraper dryers generally rotate at a speed of 4 to 6rpm. The drying of paste-like materials is to adjust the thickness of the materials and compact the material layer. The side of the feeding device is equipped with a material tightening shaft rod to make the materials evenly spread on the drum. In order to make the material easier to fall off when the scraper is unloaded, the cold air pipe can also be used to blow quantitative cold air to cool the material before scraping.

 

Performance characteristics

The operation elasticity is large and the adaptability is wide. The operation elasticity of the drum dryer is very large, which can adapt to the requirements of various materials and different output.

High thermal efficiency of drum scraper drying.

The drying time is short, the wet material film of the dried material on the outer wall of the drum is generally 0.3~1.5mm, and the whole drying cycle only needs 10~60s;4. The drying rate is large: because the material film is very thin, the surface of the material film can maintain a drying strength of 15~50kg water/m h.
