After completing the fixed program for on-site debugging, the workers accelerated the pace of packaging and departure.

The vacuum ribbon dryer shipped this time has the following characteristics:

1、Strong applicability: Combined with our company's special drying process, it can adapt to the drying of materials with high viscosity, poor thermal penetration, easy rolling and clumping.

2、High production capacity: large loading capacity.

3、High drying efficiency: The effective heat transfer area is large, which is 1.4 times the area inside the container; The material rises in a spiral manner inside the device, then descends in a vortex along the main axis, and is uniformly and effectively heated during dispersed motion; The high vacuum of the machine head and the high-speed pulse airflow at the same temperature and bottom converge in the same direction, effectively removing the solvent of the material. The dual channel straight air pipe mouth prevents straight air blockage, reduces positive force, and increases the pumping rate. It is equipped with a back blowing trap, which can effectively provide high vacuum

4、Not damaging the crystal structure of materials: Materials with high thermal sensitivity and crystal structure requirements will not be damaged.

5、The drying process is fully sealed and nitrogen filled for production, with no pollution, high cleanliness, and high safety level.

6、The mixer and container wall have high smoothness and a small gap between them, which can effectively prevent materials from sticking to the surface of the container wall.

7、Satisfy the production requirements of sterile raw materials: online SIP and CIP, as well as online sterile sampling, can be optionally selected, and a PLC intelligent control recording device can be configured to record, store, and transport process parameters related to the drying process. Sealed connection with the upper and lower processes, the entire production process is produced in a closed manner, meeting the requirements of the new GMP production.
