Overview

When the indirect heating continuous operation roasting furnace works, the materials enter the furnace barrel through the furnace head feeder, and the heating furnace is equipped with electric heating elements or fuel burners. The furnace temperature is controlled by adjusting the current of the electric heating elements or the flame of the burner through the automatic control system, so that the materials are roasted at a certain temperature. The furnace barrel is operated horizontally or inclined. The material is roasted in the furnace barrel while moving forward under the rotation of the furnace barrel, and the roasted material enters the next process from the discharge end. The roasting time of the material can be controlled by adjusting the rotation speed of the furnace cylinder or the angle between the furnace cylinder and the level.

Electric heating roaster uses electricity as energy source. It mainly consists of baking furnace main body, electric heating system, heat preservation furnace, automatic control system and so on. In addition to the regular rotary cylinder baking furnace, the electric heating baking furnace developed by our company also has special baking furnaces for special materials such as vacuum type, positive pressure type and double cone rotary type.

The gas roasting furnace is mainly composed of the main body of the roasting furnace, combustion device, heat preservation furnace, ventilation and smoke exhaust device and automatic control system. Natural gas, water gas and liquefied petroleum gas and other combustible gas as fuel. The combustion is sufficient, the thermal efficiency is high, and the combustion process is easy to control, and the pollution to the environment is small compared with solid and liquid fuels.

Application
