Overview
Roaster is a kind of powder or cake material for high temperature heating treatment equipment, also known as calciner, according to the different energy used, can be divided into four kinds of coal-fired furnace, gas furnace, oil furnace and electric heating furnace; according to the heating mode is divided into direct heating and indirect heating two categories; according to the operation mode is divided into continuous operation and indirect operation two forms. The roasting furnace is mainly used for activation, crystal conversion, oxidation, pyrolysis, reduction, halogenation, sulfation and other technological processes. It is widely used in the production process of special materials in petrochemical, inorganic chemical, metallurgy, construction and other industries.
When the indirect heating continuous operation roasting furnace works, the materials enter the furnace barrel through the furnace head feeder, and the heating furnace is equipped with electric heating elements or fuel burners. The furnace temperature is controlled by adjusting the current of the electric heating elements or the flame of the burner through the automatic control system, so that the materials are roasted at a certain temperature. The furnace barrel is operated horizontally or inclined. The material is roasted in the furnace barrel while moving forward under the rotation of the furnace barrel, and the roasted material enters the next process from the discharge end. Electric heating roaster uses electricity as energy source. It mainly consists of baking furnace main body, electric heating system, heat preservation furnace, automatic control system and so on. In addition to the regular rotary cylinder baking furnace, the electric heating baking furnace developed by our company also has special baking furnaces for special materials such as vacuum type, positive pressure type and double cone rotary type.
The gas roasting furnace is mainly composed of the main body of the roasting furnace, combustion device, heat preservation furnace, ventilation and smoke exhaust device and automatic control system. Natural gas, water gas and liquefied petroleum gas and other combustible gas as fuel. The combustion is sufficient, the thermal efficiency is high, and the combustion process is easy to control, and the pollution to the environment is small compared with solid and liquid fuels.
