CT, CT-C series hot air circulation oven

CT, CT-C series of hot air circulation oven by our company carefully designed, constantly updated a product. The equipment is a box type, which can be assembled and disassembled. It is divided into CT type (centrifugal fan) CT-C (axial flow fan) series of products. It uses steam and electricity as heat sources and is heated by heaters. A large amount of hot air circulates in the box. After continuous fresh air supplement, it enters the box from the air inlet and then continuously discharges from the humidity outlet, thus increasing the heat transfer effect and gradually reducing the moisture content of the materials in the box. The oven produced by our company is equipped with low noise, high temperature resistant axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The whole circulation system is fully enclosed, so that the thermal efficiency of the oven is increased from 3-7% in the traditional oven to 35-40% at present, and the high thermal efficiency can reach 70%. The device was issued an industry standard by the State Administration of Medicine in 1990, and the same model is RXH.

Product Features

Most of the hot air circulates in the box with high thermal efficiency. Save energy. Using forced ventilation, the box is equipped with an adjustable air distribution board, the material is evenly dried, and the heat source can be steam, hot water, electricity, and far infrared, with a wide range of choices.

The whole machine has low noise, balanced operation, automatic temperature control and convenient installation and maintenance. It has a wide range of applications and can dry various materials. It is a general drying equipment.

 

Main technical parameters and related instructions

Heating heat source steam, electricity and far infrared steam are dual-purpose for users to choose. The operating temperature: steam heating 50~140 ℃,^ high 150 ℃, electricity consumption, far infrared temperature 50~350 ℃, standby automatic control system and computer control system for users to choose. How much.

Commonly used steam pressure is 0.02~0.8mpa(0.02~8KG/cm2), and electric heating is used to calculate 15KW according to type I, and practical 5 ~ 8KW/h. special requirements indicate that the price of non-standard oven is negotiable, and the operating temperature is greater than 140 ℃ or less than 60 ℃, which should be indicated when ordering.

The factory's factory baking car and baking tray are of uniform size, and the size of the baking tray can be interchanged: 640 × 460 × 45.
